*Members*
Full members:
-Austria (president Emdvojka, representative Emdvojka)
-France (president meza, representative Henri de la Rochejaquelein)
-Italy (president gensi, representative Linus Zen)
-Portugal (president PHuSiOn9, representative PHuSion9)
-Spain (president taguaro, representative Mr J Zimbi)

Protected countries: Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Hungary, Mexico, Venezuela

NAPs: None at the moment

*Rights and duties*
Each country needs to have alliances with all (and only) the other full members and protected countries, no external allies and NAPs allowed
(if a country already has NAPs they'll become Alliance NAPs)

Full Members has the right to vote in Alliance Council, but they are forced to follow orders of the Council, even in active wars
Protected countries still have to fight in defensive wars

A country that has once joined the ally can never declarate war on any of the alliance members, going against this rule will lead to war delete by admins without getting gold back
A country that has once joined the ally cannot take part in any conflict involving alliance members before then 15days has passed from the time he left the alliance, also the alliance agrees on not taking part against this country for the same amount of time (15days)
Penalty for broking this last rule is 10gold per soldat involded in the conflict, this amount will have to be transfered by admins from one part to another part gold treasure

*Alliance Council*
One councileer from each country (even for the protected countries, but they do not have right to vote) that will have to be reachable (by msn) fast, it can be a president itself or a representative from the country, but the representative needs to have full right to take decisions in the Council in order to have fast decisions

There are two type of decisions:
-Normal ones (example: inviting a new member into the alliance): this are to be discussed with countries congresses, can take 2-3days
-Fast ones (example: changing strategy in an already started war): this are to be taken in 4-8hours at most

If a representative for a country (fast decisions) or a country congress (normal decisions) can't (because he is offline or whatever) or didn't express his vote within the assigned time the Council will decide without his vote
Normal majority is required for this decisions, a part from the one that involves peace/war declaration, they need 66% majority.

Also, there can be a vice-representative (can also be the president if he is not the first representative) that will have the right to vote instead of the representative for that country if the first representative isn't reachable at the moment
Votations will be posted on forums with their deadline when they're proposed so that any representative can check the page and see what's happening in every moment

*Joining and leaving*
A country can apply to join (as full or protected member), 66% majority of the Council is required for it to be accepted (this also applies to NAP creation and deletion)
66% majority is also needed for a country to be voted to leave the alliance, of course that country can't vote on his own leaving bill
